Voice Overs
Step 1
Send the Script
Send me your script and the desired style, tone, accent, desired duration, etc. Do you already have a video that you need me to match my voice to? No problem!
I can also check the script to make sure it reads well in the target language if it has been translated.
Please bear in mind that a translated script (especially from English to German) might be longer than the original. It’s good to keep that in mind if there’s a time restriction for the audio.
I can also record a few lines of your script so you can get a better idea how my voice works with your project.
Step 2
Get a quote back in a few hours
I will send you a quote based on either wordcount or studio time if you decide to do a life-session with me. Usage will also be added. Please make sure to let me know what your finished audio will be used for and for how long. I generally adhere to the rate guides but understand that some projects might have different budgets, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch for a custom quote.
You will receive an invoice once the project is completed. My payment terms are 30 days. You can pay in GBP, EUR or USD via bank transfer.
Step 3
Start recording
You can join the recording session in my home studio remotely via zoom, teams, source-connect or another call service of your choice.
I can also self-direct and send you the recording for review. Revisions are included to make sure the recording is just right.
I will send you the cleaned-up, (this means without any errors and de-breathed where applicable, for example for commercials) raw recording as a wav file unless otherwise requested.

Step 4
The final product
I will send the finished audio recording via WeTransfer or any other file transfer service of your choice. Please let me know your preffered format for delivery. As standard I will send all audio files as wav. Once you’ve listened to it and are happy with it, I will send my invoice.
